What information we collect

Enquiries: your name, email address and message when you use our contact form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Course bookings: your name, email address, phone number and billing details when you book a course. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe – we never see or store your full card details.
Training records: details needed to run your course and issue your certificate, such as your attendance and any professional qualifications you share with us.
Website data: basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) recorded by our web host for security and to keep the site running.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiries and give you information about our courses.
To process your booking and payment, run your training and issue certificates.
To provide ongoing support after your course.
To meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.

We rely on the following legal bases: performing our contract with you (bookings and training), our legitimate interests in running and promoting our academy (replying to enquiries), and legal obligations (accounting and tax records). We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are essential for it to work and stay secure. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If you click through to book a course, Stripe may set its own cookies on its secure checkout page to process your payment and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months unless you go on to book a course. Booking, payment and training records are kept for up to 6 years to meet accounting, insurance and certification requirements. After that, we securely delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To make a request, email info@beautifulfacesacademy.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
